Processing Time

All AlienInu51 products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process.

Please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for processing and production before shipment
  • Additional shipping time depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout

During holidays, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

  • United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–15 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–15 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

AlienInu51 is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost packages caused by incorrect information
  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Other local charges

These fees are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, AlienInu51 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or global shipping disruptions

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
