AlienInu51 Return & Refund Policy

By purchasing from AlienInu51, you agree to the following return and refund terms.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must still be attached
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item has been worn or tried on
  • Tags have been removed
  • Packaging has been opened or damaged
  • The item is damaged by the customer
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery

Once tags are removed or the product has been worn/tried on, the item becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.

Print-on-Demand Products

All AlienInu51 products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production process. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings

Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
